Saucy is a food and meal kit company founded by chefs Erich Mrak (left) and Hunter Glaude (right) operating out of the Tempered Room in Parkdale, Toronto. Saucy's goal is simple, to provide fresh, and exciting quality food products from a seasonally curated menu. Saucy offers contactless delivery of fresh in-house made cheeses, pastas, pizzas, and specialty provisions throughout the GTA.
With both Erich and Hunter having worked together previously managing a vibrant cafe/kitchen on Queen West with fresh bread, sandwiches, and weekend specials, Saucy formed naturally. At the base were two chefs who after years of working in kitchens and the ever changing environment created by COVID, finally wanted to create their own food and share it with people.
As COVID continues to change our everyday lives and the lives of our patrons, we wanted to express that all measures are being taken to ensure food preparation is done in a safe environment and that deliveries are contactless. Ensuring the safety of our patrons while being able to provide wonderful, quality food products is our top priority.
