We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com, and will need to provide photo evidence that the product you received is damaged, defective or otherwise unacceptable. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a time, and come to pick up the product or offer you the option of disposing it yourself. Items that do not meet the acceptable terms for a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), or custom products (such as special orders). We also do not accept returns for items we do not sell, or items that we have sold past the 14-day return policy. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will be able to provide you with the correct product you had ordered.
We will notify you once we’ve received and/or inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, or we will be able to provide you with the original product you had ordered free of charge. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All orders are delivered on Saturday, or Sunday. Please specify when ordering which day you would prefer. If there is no day specified, we will contact you prior to delivery. If you select any day of the week outside of Saturday, or Sunday, we will contact you as we do not deliver on those days. If you need to change your order day, please contact us prior to the day (24 hour notice).
